Gauge cluster, overdrive, power everything no worky?
Umm.. lol I think something is wrong.
The only gauges that work are the fuel, and speedo -probably because those arent connected to the circuit? My temp, boost, RPM, oil pressure gauges do not work, nor does anything light up. My power windows do not work, the lumbar support doesn't work. OH YEAH... The freakin thing wont even go into O/D now. Probably because of a reliance on a signal from something that is connected to whatever the problem might be. Any ideas?

A fuse is protection. If you use one which doesn't blow BEFORE the part it's protecting than the part will probably burn up long before the fuse if there's a short or surge.... in which case why even bother putting a fuse in? You've already defeated the purpose.
Cyto, did you ever get this worked out? What was the issue? I'm pretty sure O/D requires an engine speed signal. If it gets that from the tach then that would explain the loss of that feature.
