new head gasket blown.....
Ok I took my car to a Japanese repair shop and got the head gasket replaced no more than a month ago any it blew the head gasket. How should I handle dealing with getting them to either give me my money back or fix it. Not to mention when I got the car back they cracked my windshield I had a bad fuel leak on the fuel rail. Advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm now to familiar with dealing with shops because I don't take my car to shops for just this reason but I had to get my only car on the road so I could get to work thanks again

i would try to have all documents whith you, all the work orders any copies of papers you sighned, parts orders, it might help if you had proof of what the car was befor they repaired by them to show "hey this wasent like this befor you got your hands on this" but usualy ( at least in florida) the shop mostly ends up winning, because they say "you sighned this and it allowed us to do this and all of that other lawyer bull crap" i would try to se if they try to solve the issue if there compleatly opposing you i would try to contact you local better business bureau and see if they can help in any way

wow. get your money back, or get them to do the job right.
there is no excuse for leaking fuel lines either... gasket kits usually come with the brass fuel rail washers. fail...

This is worse than the Toyota dealer in Tulsa. At least what they fix improper they repaired. It took some doing but when they fired the maintance advisor and mechanic my Supra was repaired right.
