From my experience there's nothing wrong with NPC. They're fine for a mildly built engine. If you're looking for a lot of power get over the price and forget about cheaping out on any internal components. They're pretty much OEM quality. I've never noticed any machining flaws or inconsistencies in any of the sets I've installed.
