Help selecting proper head gasket

I am rebuilding a 7mgte and am having trouble selecting the right hg. I have searched and searched and havent found answers for everything. My cam journals were so badly scored that i bought a rebuilt head from a machine shop in NJ i think. But without the history on the head i dont know how much was taken off of it. Does anyone know what the total height of these heads are befor they are machined? Also i had the cyls bored out .5mm w/ new pistons and block deck cut. I would like to use a mhg but not sure what size or brand. Do i need to get hg that would be "bored" like the cyls or just roll with stock size? Any help would be appreciated!! THANKS!!!

Stock Dimensions
Head 116mm = 4.567 inch
Block 198.5mm = 7.815 inch
Gasket compressed 1.35mm = .053 inch

thank you for that info!! What about the cyl bores? should i get a gasket that is larger around the cyls to account for the .5 mm over bore?

The stock bore is 83mm, I have 3 used Toyota HG in the garage and they measure 84mm (that`s obviously after being compressed) Looking at the range of HG on the Horse Power Freaks website Link the HKS metal head gasket are listed as 86mm bore the detailed description states 88mm bore. I don’t think you got anything to worry about.
