Sorry for the delay, things haven't been wonderful recently and it's hard to focus on some things. In the bin and log you sent me you have part throttle and WOT AFR tracking enabled. I said before that you should disable ALL AFR tracking functions then disconnect the stock O2 sensor and then tune. Your idle AFR looks good because that's the only AFR tracker that you have setup well by the way. Your trigger for the WOT tracker is too high and in the boosting log you posted you never meet the criteria so it never activates... Same thing for the part throttle tracker and the gain is WAY too low so even once the criteria are met the operating conditions have changed before the MAFT Pro has had enough time to affect any real change in fuel correction.

I can't recall if I've mentioned it in this thread yet or not but the ECU has two different open loop fuel maps. Which map is used depends on a couple factors during startup. If the coolant is measures as "warm" within 30 seconds after startup the ECU runs a map which is approximately 10% richer during any open loop operation. This can cause a lot of irritation if you're tuning and don't know about it. My recommendation around it for applications where the AFR will eventually be controlled by either the stock ECU or a piggyback is to simply make sure the engine has cooled between tuning sessions and to not tune or rely on data logs made if the engine has been started while already warm.... This also means that if you stall at an intersection while out on a tuning run... well, it's time to stop and head home. This isn't an issue with the MAFT Pro, it's the stock ECU and it's not limited to the 7M's ECU.
