oem electric fan hookup to aftermarket fans

Hello,
I need to know if the oem electric fan hookups on the 89' supra turbo are useable on aftermarket electric fans.
-will they run at power?
-Will they turn on/off when they need to?
-Will they keep it cool?

-Upgraded to tri-core radiator
-two 10" electric fans at 2,250 rpm and 1.730 cfm. Amp draw is 12.70
-The new fan wiring is getting spliced into the oem connector (makes for easy removal.)

-The oem fans are little 5" fans that sit on the driver side of the radiator (for those who haven't seen that setup before.)
-I'm no longer running the fan clutch.
