Personally, I'd go with a well known brand when replacing the rotors: Toyota or Brembo would be my first suggestion. I wouldn't replace the calipers unless they're completely trashed... Usually the most you'll need to do it rebuild them (kits are available from most auto stores such as NAPA or you can get the parts from Toyota). You can bleed the system by yourself if you get a vacuum bleeding kit.
