1988 turbo car idle help please
recently installed a new inner cooler pipe bc it was on a rubber pipe and after installing it the car idles b/t 500-1000rpm when ever I go netural my friend say I should get it retune by the apex air flow thing but idk help please

Could you please try some grammar and explain in a little more detail? I'm not sure what the issue is that you are having is but simply changing the plumbing for the intercooler isn't the source. I recommend that you look in the MKIII FAQ section for the thread on how to check and read diagnostic error codes stored in the ECU and post back with any findings.
