87 supra passenger headlight flips up drivers doesnt, and neither light up
 

When i turn the headlights on in my car, one flips up but doesn't come on. The other doesn't come up, and also doesn't turn on. The dash lights, side markers, and my rear lights work, but not headlights

Does the side which does come up turn on properly? The wiring for the retractor motor and the lamp are wired independently so grab your mutlimeter and start following it back. The headlamps each have their own fuses, so check that too.
