Default throttle pos sensor

okay, so I put in a new throttle positioning sensor today (what a pain in the ass that was) thinking that would solve all my problems...but it was really on the contrary now when the car did fire it had a high followed by a bouncing idle ... now it wont fire any ideas on what could be causing this issue?
