Anyone still have the coolant hose part number diagram?

I've been chasing an intermittent coolant leak for the last month and a half. 3 weeks ago, I added a UV dye to the coolant, and it refused to leak until this morning. It is definitely a leaking water pump. The weep hole was glowing green under a UV lamp. So, I'll be replacing the water pump soon. I'd also like to replace all the rubber coolant hoses since I had two failures in the last year or so, and some of the remaining hoses are looking rough.

Someone at one time posted a diagram of the coolant hoses with part numbers for each one. I think it may have been purged with the thread cleaning, so I'm hoping someone has saved a copy? Thanks in advance. Mines an '88 N/A LHD.
