Default Car won't start! (electrical)

All of the sudden, my '87 turbo won't start. The engine turns. There's power to everything, but it's not being distributed. I had the cps checked out and it's ok, so its wiring iis probably the culprit.

Is there anywhere on the TSRM for troubleshooting that particular electrical portion of the car?

Check fuses espcially the EFI fuse. After that take out the front spark plug and ground the body of the plug while someone cranks the engine to check for spark jumping at the electrode (wear rubber gloves). The service manual has a diagnostic scheme to follow. The fuel pump can be checked for flow by jumpering Fp and B+ with a thin wire or paper clip in the diagnostic block with the ignition on. You sholud hear fuel flowing near the pressure regulator on the fuel rail. Check for error codes from the car's computer.
