Voosh noise sometimes

So sometimes after a drive or so, and i park in my driveway up a hill. I start it up a few minutes later, i hear a voooooooosh noise when idling and then sometimes it shuts off. When i drive fast after i reverse out of driveway, it sounds like a vooooosh like people say it sounds like a vacuum noise or a bov or the A/C is blasting. I like the sound too , people say it may be the bypass valve. My car is a 1989 turbo 7m-gte stock. What could it be guys? Everytime it happens im like =O and people stare as i drive by. It makes it sound heavily moded.

Going to need a lot more to go on here... voooosh doesn't say much that's useful in a diagnostic capacity. To me that makes it sound like a pressure discharge which you shouldn't be seeing when you're not boosting.
