First timer with supra need advice

I recently bought a 1990 supra with the 7mgte motor and it has 117,000 miles. im having a couple problems with it that i need some help with first problem is it BURNS alot of oil. seccond problem it does not hold the oil pressure it should when its warm going 60 it runs 20 psi at idle is very close to zero. Those are the only problems the car has. the head gasket has been changed and the metal gasket was put in. next quiestion is what are my steps to making this car fast and to turning the boost up. its all stock and other then the cold ait intake.. i really apreciate it thanks money is not really an object i work 70 hrs. a week and just need this car done the right way without wrecking anything like i said im a newb when it comes to tuners. im a full time diesel mech im not used to baby turbos and baby motors.....
