Default How to tell between a Manual and Auto transmission Wire Harness?

So I came across a wire harness for my 1989 Supra 7M-GTE today at the junkyard, I just happened to forget to check what type of transmission the car had.

What are the differences between the manual and auto wire harness's? I found a post saying if its an auto i'm going to have to put a jumper in to bypass the neutral safety switch?
