Too Much Neg. Camber-Left Rear Wheel

My wife's 1990 Supra turbo has developed excessive neg. camber on the left rear wheel--it's quite visible when following her. A wheel alignment shop said they were unable to correct it-no meaningful reason given.

I am aware of the usual difficulties with Supra camber adjustments. When I was younger I solved this problem on a '69 Vette that ran out of adjustment by simply cutting the inboard eye/rubber bushing off and welding the steel bushing to the radius rod end. Yes, can be dangerous but I had a nuclear piping qualified welder do it (TIG) and never had a problem. Gained nearly 1/2" of adjustment and it worked great and I couldn't feel any more road noise/etc. I'm tempted to try this on the Supra. The wheels track straight, so no bent frame issues.

The car also pulls slightly to one side constantly. So, for all the suspension experts here, which side does the car pull to? I know camber isn't supposed to affect side-pulling too much, but let's see what you guys think.
