255-40-18 on a 18x9 with a 24 offset....
Getting ready to put this setup on my MK3. will it fit? Opinions? Examples?

I dont see why not. there is lots of room for wider tires and rims under the Supra's wheel wells. I think but somebody could chime in any time to correct me if I'm wrong.
