Missing Fuse??
So i was checking out my fuses under the hood, and I noticed that Im missing one. I looked in the manual to see what the fuse did, and I couldnt find it at all!
In the pic, you will see that in the middle, it shows the ESC, ALT, CDS and 30A fuses on the box. but when I open up my fuse box, the ESC 60 is missing. I never noticed this. What does this fuse do? Im so confused to why its not there. lol. errrrr sorry for the massive pics. i forgot to resize them |

well mine uses one, its yellow 60 amp for something? dunno what yet..
but i dont see any contacts for the fuse to plug in to on your picture,??? should be two metal posts sticking up that inserts into the fuse when its installed??? . so id guess you dont need it.. my turbo is off so i cant start my car to actually see what the fuse runs when i pulled it out. do you have cruse controll? |

That's the ESC fuse...Extra Special Circuit....you don't have it. Only a select few cars had it. 60 amps is a massive amount of current !!!!
Only those cars used by Batman had that circuit. |

On my car the 60 amp is for the ABS. I don't have ABS so I don't have the fuse there, but if I did, I suppose that is where it would go.

yea i have cruise control, but i guess that i dont need this fuse? i dunno lol. maybe my car isnt so special after all haha. mine is not a turbo, so maybe its only for turbo models. i have no idea. I was just kinda paranoid when i realized i was missing a fuse and i couldnt find it in the supra manual.
i guess i will never be like batman. |
