2jzge mk3 supra swap electrical issue
I recently bought a mk3 supra with a 2jzge swap(non vvti). the wiring to the distributor was ghetto(wires twisted together) and the wire to the engine coolant temp sender which comes from the wiring harness was twisted together. so i decided to slice the wires so there would be no bare wires. but me being a dumbass forgot to disconnect the neg battery terminal when splicing the wires. now when i connect the neg terminal the battery voltage drops around 2-3 volts. i replaced the distributor and checked for shorts and still nothing. could I have possibly fried the ecu?
