Pvc/abs?
Hey again guys/gals,
Just spent a few hours perusing the wonderful sites the web has to offer concerning the use of PVC/ABS plastic piping for replacing all the intercooler/intake piping. Every single post or review said that it works nearly as good or the same as the expensive aftermarket hardpipe kits out there. Just wondering if anyone has/is successfully running PVC/ABS piping setups on their Supra's. Thanks for looking!, -=Littlestan=- P.S. I'm aware that the PVC/ABS plastic will hold up to the heat generated as long as you don't use it for the exhaust piping....

Pvc ang Abs work quite well, but they are better for insulating the heat instead of dissipating it. I hear that Suprra_girl has a video on 9 minute abs though, maybe whe would like to share it with us?!?!?!?!?!..... ..hehehe

pvc/abs plastic i/c and intake piping run too hot...as rnoswal said..it insulates the heat...you dont want that you want it to dissiapte the heat, otherwise the charge air will get hot and you wont get maximum efficiency

Ok, I'll definitely be making my own metal piping when it comes time then. I'd
hate to do the same job twice... Thanks guyys, -=Littlestan=-
