Yeah, I really doubt the turbo is bad as well. The seal I was talking about is internal to the turbo, and should be new with the rebuild. I don't know if its normal or not, but when I got my new-to-me 57 trim from Driftmotion, mine did leak a little oil into the compressor side (I poured oil in the CHRA to lube bearings and such before install). My understanding is this is normal, and turbos normally do seep a little oil into the cold side.

I had to tighten the $hit out of my silicone couplers, way tighter than I thought they should be, in order to stop the leaks I had

Also, I am bewildered that oil is coming out of the bov that I had to put on with a snap ring. Maybe the pressure is too much at that spot and shooting out the place with less resistance? But if a pipe doesn't pop off then oil will come out somewhere even though I have been tightening the crap out of the metal clamps.

I've never had any kind of problems like this until this freaking Driftmotion intercooler. So wtf, I don't want to go back to the stock intercooler but I just might have to in order to see what is happening. Any ideas?

Yea I had NO idea what it was but you were right 100% of the time, I'm almost positive that there is a vacuum leak. There has to be a bit of unmetered air coming in. Now I'm going to make sure 100% I will make sure the piping is on air tight and will spend my time doing it one more time very tediously.
Thanks btWilson86. By the way Wilson, have u ever thought about go higher than 14psi?
