Rear end clacking when turn left

88 7mgte. 121.5k miles I am hear a clacking sound from my rear end when I turn left semi tight.
Any idea of where or what I should look into to repair this?

That's kind of hard to say given that it just comes from the rear, is it more like on the driver or passenger side? Also does that sound happen when you're stationary, rolling, etc... And I'd say to just jack it up and inspect everything for anything loose or bent first.

Thank you for your reply I was checking to see if this might be a common issue in rear ends I noticed it happens when the fluid is warmed up.
I thought the sound came from the driver side rear but then again sound does travel Strangely I will check in a parking lot with my son's help maybe pinpoint it better
