Default JZA70 error code??

Hi, sorry if this is an easy one, but I am struggling to find the answer. When doing a diagnostic ecu error check, does a constantly flashing engine light (no delays in timing) mean the system is ok?

Reason being is a have a poor old girl that hasn't been started for about 9 years (yikes) and i'm trying to revive her.

on this matter, a couple of years ago I got her running briefly on engine start....but couldn't get her to run without it. So I gather spark was ok, but not sure on fuel/ On a 1JZ, whats the easiest way to check the fuel pump for operation.

Many thanks

Constant flashing CEL while in diagnostic mode indicates that there are no codes stored.

I'm not positive on the best way to check the fuel system operation on a 1JZ, but if it's anything like the 7M and it has a similar diagnostic port, you should be able to jump a wire from FP to B+; with the ignition key set to "Run", this provides the 12V positive power through the fuel pump circuit and you should have a constant running fuel pump until you turn the key off or remove the jumper wire.
