Default San Antonio Repair

My grandson has a Supra. It was running fine until he hired a mechanic to fix some of the air leaks, vacuum leaks. The mechanic left and the Supra won't start. He called the mechanic but the mechanic won't answer the phone or come back to fix what he broke. We live in San Antonio. We can't find a Supra mechanic here. Any suggestions?
