N/A to turbo
I am wondering if there is a old supra that is not running that is turbo or non turbo for around $1000. I am going to rebuild the engine and try to get 650 out of it. Here is another question. Is it possible to switch the N/A manifold to a turbo and run it like a turbo? of course there is going to be a intercooler but is there anything else I have to do like the injectors, heads, gaskets, etc. Please somebody let me know I want to build my street machine. I already helped put a LS1 in a RX-7. I want something to compete with that. Thanx

you could run it like a turbo.. i think in another thread...apparently the n/a manifold and the turbo manifolds are incompatible...i dunno about this since ive never done it before..but i know that is the case

i dont know i never did that swap...i would assume that u just use the na manifold for the na and the turbo manifold for the turbo...i think theres some kind of sensor for the turbo manifold that isnt in teh na manifold...kinda makes driving a little erratic

I've read the 7M's block and bottom-end are stout enough for over 700+ HP?

True. So what would you say is the maximum HP the bottom-end can handle reliably?
