I was on eabay and i found a twin turbo manifold for a 7mgte. I was wondering on how much of a power upgrade would this be and would you have to program the ECU.

well right now i have a huge rod knock, so im still thinking on what i wanna do. I m thinking of junking the N/A and putting a 1jz in, im not sureif you can build up the N/A up to 300 hp without changing the internals. I dont know what im doing yet, any suggestions.
