Im kinda new to the forums and i was just wondering if anyone had ever heard this type of muffler on a car? or if anyoe has ever even seen one before? If so, what kind of sound does it make? it just looks odd to me.:dunno:

That muffler is a Replica of a Mugen Twin Loop Muffler. It is a muffler designed to produce good flow with minimal dBs. The Mugen one is designed as system for Integras and Civics.

Civics huh?

But what would that sound like on a car like a turbo supra? What is the difference in performance and sound other than lower dbs?

I wouldn't use that on any Turbo vehicle or even consider it. On naturally aspirated vehicles it's a real smooth tone. Almost stock with a deeper "tuned" resonance. I've never heard the OBX. I'd suggest looking at a straight through universal muffler if your vehicle is turbo.

the inlet pipe is to small the pipe looks way to bulky i have a magna flow on mine and sounds so throattttyy it all depends on what u want the car to sound like loud quiet or throaty make a choice then go in that direction

Gee...in their site it said that muffler would give me 10-15 more hp. That sounds like the best $100 a fella could spend. Yea...Rigghhhtt !!!!
I guess they sell them to "The Unsuspecting Public".
