header
i just got my pacesetter header and i noticed that the O2 sensor hole is in the pipe coming off of the header near the cat, not on the header where the stock one is located. i was wondering if i could drill and tap a hole in the header for my O2 sensor and then fill the other whole with JB Weld. this wouldnt hurt anything would it?

its possible...but the pace setter might have put that hole for the sensor there for a reason...to my knowledge...which isnt much...haha i dont think it would hurt...but check with everyone else also

I would just use the one provided. No need to modify, except maybe extend the wires.

okay thanks

I could be wrong on this but I believe the exhaust on California MKIII's differed from the rest of America's due to emissions. The placement of the O2 sensor on the pacesetter headers is in the California style exhaust. Either way I think it would be best/easier to just extend the wiring on the sensor.
