Your best bet may be to check at local junkyards or try to find one on ebay. Mkiiis get parted out all the time.
I am also new to these forums and fairly new to the Supra world as well. |

If all else fail you could always go with the Lexus AFM. It is quite a bit larger and will make your car run VERY rich but at least it will run. I'm not certain if you would have to go with the larger injectors or not. But the lexus afm runs pretty cheap. there are 2 on eBay right nor for under $200 after shipping.

Most local auto parts stores either have them on hand or can get them. I saw one at an AutoZone for ~$300 - I'm sure it was rebuilt, but maybe it was new.

Junkyards or ebay are good bets. You should be able to get one easily at supraforums.com or supramania.com....lots of guys will be willing to get rid of it for ~$65 or so. Also, have you tried just disconnecting it and trying to start it? The car should run w/o the signal....not very well....but the ECU should just "assume" base temp and flow settings if theres no AFM signal. The only time this might not work would be in extreme cold. I believe the default settings are somewhere aroung 70*. I've mkiiis run w/o the signal up to about 100*, so I think cold would be the big problem.
