Default 3 inch manifold/header

does anybody know where to get a turbo manifold with a 3 inch exit that hooks up to the down pipe? or is then even possible? I wanted to go full 3 inch but everybody (on ebay) seem to have only 2 1/2 exits. just wondering http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Supra...QQcmdZViewItem

Not really sure what you're asking. The manifold does not connect to the downpipe. What are you calling the 2 1/2" exit? from the head to the manifold? the manifold to the turbo? the manifold to the wastegate?

sorry collector is exit. if you buy headers to a n/a car the collector connects to the rest of the exhuast. So the collector connects to the elbow and the collector is at the end of the manifold right? So to have a true 3 inch exhuast dont you want a 3 inch manifold collector, 3 inch elbow and 3 inch piping for the exhuast? Maybe this is explained better.

But if you have a turbo manifold, the collector connects to the turbo, not the exhaust. The exhaust housing of the turbo connects to the exhaust. That flange size is determined by the type of turbo you are using. If you were to get one with a 3" hole, your turbo wouldn't bolt up. The ones on the ebay auction you showed are designed for a turbo with a T4 exhaust flange. T4 turbos go from relatively small to super huge monsters, and they all use that flange. Full 3" exhaust really just includes a ported turbo elbow, or a custom downpipe with an integrated turbo elbow, then 3" all the way back. It doesn't include the collector on the manifold....the turbo is a restriction to that flow anyway (purposely).

http://www.suprasport.com/product.as...id=11&catid=46 3" elbow? The collector doesn't come in any other size than stock. Otherwise it wouldn't fit the CT-26. this is a direct bot on for the CT-26 making your exhaust 3" directly from the exhaust side of the turbo.
