1jz is not starting!
Hello,
Im such a newbie with supras. im sorry in advance to ask dumb questions. But two days ago my brother took out the car and drove the car just fine. When i went to start the car again, after about 4 hours, the car doesn't want to start. The car would just crank and i would get not fuel and no spark!!!!!!!! The fuel injectors is getting battery power and so are the coils, but still now spark and fuel. I want to test out the fuel pump, but i don't know where it is on the car. And where is the igniter on the supra. Is there a crank sensor on the supra? And where? And which wire is the B+ for the automatic 1JZ ECU? So i can see if we are getting power to the ecu. Sorry for all the questions, and thanks for looking. |

fuel pump in the tank, mkIII has an access panel under the mat for the spare, 3 screws ur there. back probe it, while u key up with a test light. bad igniters r fairly comon on 7m, not sure about 1jz.(pricey items though). also about 3 relays r related to ur fuel pump. fi relay, main fi relay, pump relay, curcuit opening relay. my advice, if u couldnt find the fuel pump, take it to a shop
