Supra R154 5 Speed Transmission In An Is300

Can I use a Supra R154 transmission in an is300 Lexus with a Turbo(320 WHP)?
The is300 is automatic and I will need to convert to stick. The is300 trannie could not handle the HP.

Dont know dude. I would google for a IS300 I saw with a 1JZ in it, I think. Its been a while since I seen the issue.
