Hey guys,

Managed to find a pic of a Supra with exactly the type of headlight

conversion I'm looking for.

Also, today I begin building my first mold! I decided to go with door sills as my

first project. Straight forward design, and if I do bugger up (not like that's

ever happened... :P) it won't cost me heaps of $$$.

I'll take pics of the almost completed shop as well.

Cheers!,

i was just thinking to myself, how about cf engine components? like maybe cam covers or timing belt cover or stuff like that. fan shroud, you get the idea.

Default Door Sills!!!

Put me down for a set of those door sills and the targa roof! Good luck on the venture. I'm sure you'll get quite a few purchases from off of this board.

Hey all!,

Ok, sorry to take so long in posting progress, but I got ALOT of stuff done

lately. Namely;

1. Completed my door sill molds, and made my first pair! These are the first

versions of the sills, and as such I didn't bother sanding/clearcoating them.

Just wanted to make sure they get the nod of approval from you guys before

making a zillion pairs. These will cost around $100 CDN. Not set in stone yet,

but there it is.

2. Finished the shop! All that's left to do is wiring, but for now I have a temp

setup that gives me the power I need. Ready to start working!

Ok, now for answers.

j3pz, I think that's a great idea! I would have to research the high

temperature epoxies that are out there, but it's definitely do-able.

I need opinions on what I should make next! I was thinking a replacement

front windshield trim piece (see pic) or the rear hatch interior piece (see pic).

What do you guys think?

Hey guys,

Still need feedback on what to make next. Targa top is also an option, but will

take longer to engineer and produce than the sills.

Cheers!,

So... Here's my thoughts. Could you do an entire interior in carbon fiber? Not everything but everything that is vinyl? ie. dash, door cover, console, etc? I was thinking a black leather and cabon fiber interior would be AWESOME!!! Let me know...
