1jz swap questions...

I have an 87 non turbo a/t and im looking for a bit more power so i am thinking about a 1jz swap. What is a good price to look for on a 1jz? i see many on ebay with under 60k for about 850 bucks... anything i should be warned of of informed of? thanks guys
