yah the insurance laws in florida are a joke i hate them. i would buy the integra justy because its cheap to insure easy to work on and cheap to repair, the supra not so much ( i know not comparing apples to apples but thats besides the point) after a few years when insurance goes down and you know a bit more about cars and mechanics then work up to a supra

sounds like it would be time to move on up to a supra, if he still wants one and has 4k lying around
