well i would expect there is a fuel in which would be at the side (usually) and fuel out @ the bottom... so connect the fuel line going from the back of the car to the in and the fuel line to the rail to the out of the fpr... then connect a vacuum line from your intake manifold to the vacuum on the fpr and you should be all go
hope that wasn't too confusing lol can you get pics of the fpr etc?
