Hey!
Nobody has said this yet: what is the gain with these headers...?

I know this is a broad range, but possibly 15-25 HP. Don't quote me though, this is just an educated guess.

Not bad!
15-25? Doesn't sound bad at all, I thought it'd be like 6-8... heh.

So who makes and sells these 2.5" and 3" headers?

They're for other applications, I wasn't specifically reffering to the 7M, although now that I look back, I should've . To my knowledge only PaceSetter and OBX make a header for the 7M-GE.

I have an '89 n/a. I haven't put headers on it yet...because....the factory exhaust manifold has a double outlet, and the layout of the manifold is very open, and not restrictive. I think just slapping on headers will only get you about 5-7hp more, at most.
A cat back system will get you more gain for the $$$.

What about CAI, headers, and catback? Wouldn't the whole set be more effective?

I've done the cat, straight through mufflers and pipes. Cold air intake, and some afm mods. After much research, I feel like I said in my prior post, that the gain would be minimal. BUT...headers would be about my NEXT cheapest thing to do to gain a few more HPs.
