i have a 1988 auto supra i want to switch it to a manual i have the parts list now i just need a idea on where is the best place that i can get these parts

How about the for sale section of a forum?
There is already a 5 spd conversion package for sale in there. I would know, because I am selling it.

Or you can put up an ad in the "Parts Wanted" section.
