MKIV OEM Factory Stock Bypass Valve (BOV)

Does anyone know if the Factory BOV in the MKIV will fit as a direct replacement for the bypass valve in the MKIII? I know it will work, I'm wondering if it will slip into the factory hoses on the MKIII or are the fittings slightly larger? :dunno:
