Considering purchasing an MKIII Supra
What's up everyone. I'm currently considering purchasing an MKIII Supra, probably a '90-'92 model, and was looking for any kind of information you all might have. Truth is, I know almost nothing about these cars other than they are RWD, and available with turbo. My previous car was a '98 Grand Prix GTP, and I fell in love with forced induction, but I wanted a RWD this time around. In my searching for an affordable option, I came across the MKIII Supra and began heavily considering this vehicle.
Anyways, I was hoping you all could provide me with any info as far as what I should be looking for when checking out these cars, and maybe weak points or problem areas I should keep an eye out for when examining them. Like I said, I know pretty much nothing about these cars. Thanks in advance, and I hope to be hanging around here in the near future. |

Also check the oil cap for the infamous chocolate milkshake froth...an indication of a blown head gasket.
