so whats up with the lexus maf mod

i have been reading around and seeing a lot of people talking about using 550cc injectors with the V8 lexus maf. will the stock computer run these items without triggering anything or would you have to get some sort of tuning item like a piggy back or something?

i am interested if this actually works just by getting new injectors and maf.

also, what do you all feel about these turbo manifolds and down pipes on e-bay? i am looking at upgrading my exhaust and i would also like to get a nice manifold. i know i would have to replace the stock turbo and get an external wastegate. i just dont know if i want to deal with that yet or not.

i dont want gobs of power but a little more than stock would be nice, maybe 300hp or so.
