Default engine problem...

hi guys, im a newbie. ive been using my supra '87 for almost 2 yrs now. ive been experiencing engine stalling (7MGe). everyday i'll use it, i have to let it the engine run for about 10-15 minutes or so. if i will not do that, it seems like there is no power even when i stepped on the accelerator. what would be the problem? Thanks a lot guys.

Faulty distributor; seriously clogged injectors or faulty injector; worn fuel pump; crapped out ignitor; seriously in need of a tune-up; maybe a sensor is malfunctioning. Just gotta check each thing one at a time. No check engine light I presume?

I am not sure about this but when I had low coolant because of a leak, the car would act the same. I am sure mine was because the sensor didn't pick up the warm water and never registered anything but cold. So it started rich and always bogged, hesitated so bad it was very hard to drive. That may be your problem, a cold start sensor going out. Of course that is just my guess and I don't know if a bad sensor like that puts out a code.

Let us know.

yeah, i think that's my problem. when my engine starts, my rpm was high but i think it is normal for the engine to make the water temperature stable, but for my engine it takes a long time. oftentimes, i have to open the hood and to check the radiator if it is hot enough. what sensor do i have to change? if its the water temp sensor, which one is it? where it is located?

BTW, thank u again guys!
