Turbo problem ?

I took my turbo off and it has oil in it but it actually works. Dead? What can I do about this? Whats the problem?

You need to change all the seals inside O seals, You can get CT-26 Rebuilding kit from ebay for like $90

You need to be more specific to get a specific answer.
It is supposed to have oil in it (in the CHRA [Central Housing Rotating Assembly]).
Where do you see the oil?

There is oil in the turbos turbine(fan).
