Not sure how much the EPC will help you out, but it has been an awesome help to me many times. I am not so sure you want to hear advice from me at this time, but I usually wrap masking tape around nuts and bolts and then mark the tape stating what they are for. It does take time to do that, but saves time in the long run. Just my own thing.
