how accurate are the hp calculators
well i went to the track and got a 14.6 at 99mph so i did the online hp calculator and it came up with 310hp to the wheels.
i am just wondering how accurate these calculations are? i will be dynoing after a while so i will have true numbers then. |

They'll get you in the area, but I wouldn't go bragging about hp til you dyno it 310 crank horsepower, or roughly 260whp should get you those 1/4mile times

i just g-teched it and i am getting the same et with the same mph and the g-tech is saying 253 so only a dyno will tell.
i am in need of a tune anyway, maybe i can squeeze a little more power out of this little ct-26 and get into the high 13's. |
