Blitz SBC-IDIII

Does anyone know anything about this boost controller/engine condition monitor? Reliable? Compatibility issues? Accurate? It sounds like I can buy a harness that will let me monitor engine function by tapping into the factory ECU, is that right? Thanks folks!
