Replace Water Pump?
 

Now that I have the front of my 1990 Turbo engine (~70k miles), should I replace the water pump with a rebuilt AutoZone pump?

No problems with the orig. pump. I'm just wondering if there has been a history of pump failures/leakage, and how good an A/Z rebuilt is compared with the stock one.

I had to replace my leaking water pump (common) in my 7m-GE motor.. Get a mechanic to check her out.

I'd order one from toyota, its like $80. I would do it for sure while its convenient so it doesn't leave you in a bind later...

get a new one. i bought one from a local car/mechanice store (im gonna say its new) and it was only like $30. go ahead dish out the money, you dont want your car pissing on the road just cause you have a lazy ass
