Means you had metal to metal contact, and that you incurred some wear (as you know).
It may be from the bearings (your oil pressure may drop some). It may be from the rings to cylinders sealing surfaces (you may have scratched up cylinder bores). It may be from the oil pump (so it may work less effectively). All you can do is just fill it up and test it out. What else can you do at this point? Nothing but to just try it out and see how it goes. If you are really curious, do a leak down test or compression test to see the how the sealing is for the cylinders. And keep an eye out to see if your oil pressure has dropped some. If it works fine, just continue on. If it starts to make weird sounds (as you should keep an ear out for), then you stop driving it immediately.
