Default Safe jacking points

What are the safe jacking points for lifting the car from the front and rear so I can put jack stands under it. I couldn't find anything in the service manual except one picture under the rear axle section that almost looked like it was under the diff. (http://www.cygnusx1.net/supra/librar.../ra/RA_07.html top picture)

Thanks.
