Recommend exhaust
 

For an 88 na. I want it to be VERY quiet (no droning when crusing the highway) when I'm just doing casual driving but when I step on it I want everyone within range to know I stepped on it, if you know what I mean ;). So what exhaust system fills these requirements and has the highest flow rate? Keep in mind that I may go the na-t route somewhere in the future.

You can't have quite and loud at the same time, i'll let you know how the HKS Turbo exahust is though...

I dunno...how much should I spend? I'm a poor college student. Would say a $500 system be completely outperformed by say a $1k system?

Also, keep in mind that my state requires emission testing, so I need my cat to stay on there :P

Just got an Apexi World Sport 2 on. Very quiet after 40mph and during hwy crusing. The only time I notice it's loud is during the initial acceleration. But all I really cared about was it being nice and quiet during crusing speeds. Had a crappy one before that wouldn't even be quiet. It's just the muffler though...you'll need to get custom piping done for a full cat-back.
